Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Providing meal preparation and assistance with feeding if necessary.

• Medication Management

• Follow the care plan to provide safe and competent care to clients

• Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering meaningful connections.

• Report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the Staffing Coordinator

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent

• Completion of state approved training program

• CPR and First Aid Certification

• Certified Caregiver or CNA  Certification

• Negative TB Test

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Successful completion of background checks

• Fingerprint clearance card 

• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
